Westpaw Damaged Toy Replacement Scheme
At Frank and Jellys we love Westpaw toys for our dogs. Not only do they have a great range to suit every breed and age of dog but they also offer a replacement guarentee which is great for us dog owners as well. As theres is nothing worse than choosing a toy for your dogs and finding out it wasn't the best toy for them by having your dog damage their toy within a few days/weeks.
How does the Westpaw replacement scheme work?
If you purchase a Westpaw toy from Frank and Jellys and your dog damages it within an unreasonable time frame you are entitled to a one time replacement.
How do I claim my Wetspaw replacement?
Customers are required to send a copy of their Frank and Jellys order reciept and a photograph of the damaged toy via email to email@example.com and please put in your email the title " Frank and Jellys Replacement"
What should I not do?
Please do not throw away the damaged item until you are advised to do so by the team at Collarways. Please do not allow your dog to continue to play with the damaged toy and store away in a safe place.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
Unfortunately our scheme only allows for a replacement and not a refund.
Am I able to get more than one replacement per toy?
The scheme unfortunatley only allows for one replacement per purchased toy.
Does my replacement Westpaw have to be the same as the previous item purchased?
The fantastic team at Collarways will work with you to replace your item with the one which is most suitable for your dog.
