Hedgerow Hounds Green Clay

A First Aid kit must have

Green Clay has excellent drawing properties so can be used for drying up wet eczema, hot spots and helping control infection in wounds and abscesses.

Has a calming and soothing effect on a dog’s itchy or traumatised skin, breaking the itch, scratch cycle.

Can be made into a thick paste with a little water which acts as a protective barrier for sore or fragile wounds and as the clay dries, moisture is drawn away from any wet areas of skin.

If used dry, it can be applied with a clean cotton ball and dusted onto the area or with a small, clean brush. This is particularly useful for instantly calming an inflamed area or itchy rash.

Fully recyclable and sealable bag, keep out of direct sunlight.

This product should not replace veterinary treatment if it is needed or if serious infection is present in a wound.

When mixed with water to create a thick paste this Green Clay can be spread on the skin with a wooden or plastic spoon. Reapply over the original layer or cleanse and reapply if infection is present.

I recommend this product

My English Bulldog Jaxon suffers with skin issues, he can be covered head to toe in sores, hotspots and thick scabs, he also gets a lot of interdigital Cysts, mainly on his front feet, I had the green clay on standby and the next time he got a cyst, which didn’t take long, I mixed up a paste using the green clay and a small amount of warm water, a little goes a long way so just mix up half of what you would expect to use, you can always make more! I applied the paste to Jaxons paw, I actually used a tea spoon as he has quite large feet and it turns out that the spoon was perfect for the shape of his pads! I applied the cream last thing at night and by morning his cyst had gone! I’ve also use this on his *** spots and open sores, it draws out the toxins and create a barrier over the affected area!
